If you are dissatisfied with the item you received, contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the package. Here are the details of our Return and Exchange policy. We appreciate your careful attention.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Before You Return:

Kindly please get in touch with us in advance via service@ wrenoin .com.

We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.

We do not accept any request for exchange and return once the "specials" are sold.

Preconditions for Returns & Exchanges
Your items are unworn, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition.

Your return & exchange request can be submitted for the issues on quality, size and color only within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Return Processing Time:

  • Instant Returns: Instant refunds and exchanges require credit card capture. Instant returns are processed instantly upon return submission. Items must be sent back within 14 days of submission. You will be charged for any items not received or missing after this period.
  • Standard Returns: Standard returns and exchanges do not require credit card capture. We aim to process refunds, gift cards and exchanges shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days. Refund times may vary, depending on your bank's processing times.

Return Policy: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange, gift card, or refund. Returns postmarked after this timeframe, or that otherwise do not meet the criteria of our return policy, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for cosmetics, earrings, undergarments, and beauty tools (including hair tools).
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with the hygienic liner (if applicable), and all vendor tags attached.
  • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact. wrenoin is not responsible for non-wrenoin and final sale items mistakenly returned.
  • If you have paid original postage to receive your order and a return is made, then this is non-refundable.

Return Options: Easy, sustainable returns available with printerless USPS QR codes or printable return labels. Printerless QR codes are also available for select orders for in-store returns at wrenoin retail locations.

Unacceptable Conditions for Returns: We encourage you to try on items as you would in a store, but please avoid wearing them. Unfortunately, if returned items are damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, we cannot issue a refund. In such instances, we may need to return the items to you at your expense. Rest assured, all returned items undergo thorough inspection.

  • Returned items with visible signs of use, including makeup, hair, fibers, dander, dust, dirt, deodorant, or perfume, will not be accepted.
  • Returned shoes showing any signs of wear, scuffs, or markings will not be accepted.
  • Returned beauty & wellness products with broken seals or signs of use will not be accepted.
  • Handbags & Purses showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.
  • Items sold as sets returned with incorrect sizes will not be accepted.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Policy Enforcement Notice: If we notice concerning patterns in your return behavior, such as indications of wearing items before returning (wardrobing), purchasing and returning excessive quantities, or returning missing or non-wrenoin items, we may deactivate your account and any associated accounts. If you believe there has been an error, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We advise you to use a trackable shipping service and to purchase shipping insurance if the item is worth over $69.

REFUNDS POLICY

Awaiting shipment (order cancellation): Additional processing fees are required.

IN TRANSIT: NOT ACCEPTED

DELIVERED: This will be processed within 7– 12 business days after CS contacts and the items arrive at the warehouse and are tested originally. (Note: Refunds will not include the shipping costs once it is shipped.)
If it has been longer than two weeks, please get in touch with us.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Precautions for return and exchange
Any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Any items in the Clearance Sale cannot be changed or returned.
Any items damaged after use cannot be changed or returned.
The customer will be responsible for the following conditions:
Loss and transport damage of the items.
High tariff unable to clear customs.
Address error unable to receive.

Any other Uncontrollable situation is unable to be received.
Do not send it directly to the address on the parcel. Maybe it’s one of the carrier’s transit warehouses,  which is incorrect.

Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date the shipping information shows you received it.

If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
