Wendlly × Alzheimer’s Association
Since 2022, Wendlly has worked alongside the Alzheimer’s Association to help more families find understanding, connection and hope throughout the dementia journey.

Every garment can carry hope.
Every memory matters.
Alzheimer’s changes far more than memory. It can transform relationships, routines, responsibilities and the emotional foundation of an entire family. Behind every diagnosis is a person whose identity still deserves to be recognized, and a circle of loved ones learning how to face an unfamiliar future.
Wendlly is a fashion brand built on the belief that clothing can carry meaning beyond personal style. A garment can express identity, create connection and become part of a larger act of compassion. By connecting every purchase with charitable giving, we seek to turn everyday fashion into continuing support for families affected by Alzheimer’s.
For every garment sold by Wendlly, 49% of the revenue generated from that item is donated to the Alzheimer’s Association. This commitment allows every customer to become part of the partnership and helps transform each purchase into a direct contribution to Alzheimer’s awareness, education, caregiver support and community resources.

A difficult first step with a lasting purpose
When Wendlly began working with the Alzheimer’s Association in 2022, the path ahead was not simple. As a developing fashion brand, we were still learning how to connect our products, our customers and our business model with a charitable mission in a way that was responsible, transparent and sustainable.
The first stage was challenging. Our community was still growing, public awareness of the partnership was limited and every initiative required careful planning. We needed to understand how a clothing brand could contribute in a way that went beyond a temporary campaign or a single charitable event.
We chose to build giving directly into the relationship between Wendlly and its customers. Instead of separating charitable support from the everyday operation of the brand, we made it part of every sale. For each garment purchased, 49% of the revenue generated from that item is donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
This decision created a clear connection between fashion and social responsibility. A dress, blouse or other Wendlly garment could represent personal expression while also contributing to resources and support for people affected by Alzheimer’s.
“We did not begin with every answer. We began with the determination to make every garment part of something greater.”
Fashion becomes a continuing source of support
Wendlly’s charitable commitment is directly connected to the garments we create and sell. Every time a customer chooses a Wendlly garment, that purchase contributes to the work of the Alzheimer’s Association.
of the revenue generated by every individual garment sold is donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.
This model means that charitable giving is not limited to a particular season, collection or awareness month. It continues whenever a Wendlly garment is sold. As the brand grows and more customers participate, the potential to support more families grows with it.
Customers are not simply purchasing clothing. They are joining a shared commitment to greater awareness, stronger caregiver support and more accessible resources for families navigating Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

From uncertain beginnings to a growing community
What started as a challenging first step gradually became a broader and more confident commitment. With every garment purchased, every event attended and every story shared, more customers, employees, volunteers and families became part of the effort.
As Wendlly grew as a fashion brand, the partnership grew with it. New collections created new opportunities to communicate the mission. Customer purchases generated continuing donations, while public events helped bring families, supporters and Alzheimer’s Association representatives together.
Our work developed beyond awareness messages. We participated in community activities, used fashion and storytelling to make the purple Alzheimer’s movement more visible, encouraged public conversations and helped direct people toward established educational and support resources.
The growth of the partnership has never been measured only by sales, attendance or visibility. Its real meaning is found in individual moments: a caregiver learning that support is available, a family feeling understood or a customer realizing that a clothing purchase can contribute to a wider purpose.
Based on Wendlly’s internal impact reporting, the partnership has now reached and supported more than 30,000 families. Each family represents a different experience, but all share the need for dignity, reliable information and compassionate connection.
What matters most to families facing Alzheimer’s?
Families rarely face only one concern. Medical, emotional, practical and financial questions often arrive at the same time. The experience may feel uncertain, but the questions families ask are deeply human.

What is happening to my loved one?
Families need understandable, trustworthy information about changes in memory, communication, judgment, behavior and daily functioning. They also need encouragement to discuss concerns with qualified healthcare professionals rather than navigating uncertainty alone.
How quickly will the condition change?
No two people experience Alzheimer’s in exactly the same way. Families are often anxious about what may come next, how care needs may increase and how they can prepare without losing sight of the person living in the present.
How can we keep our loved one safe?
Home safety, medication routines, driving, falls, emergency planning and the possibility of wandering can become major concerns. Families need practical planning tools and professional guidance appropriate to their circumstances.
How should we communicate?
Changes in language and comprehension can make familiar conversations difficult. Families want to know how to respond with patience, reduce frustration and preserve respect even when words or memories become harder to find.
Who supports the caregiver?
Caregivers may experience exhaustion, grief, isolation and sustained emotional pressure. They need permission to ask for help, opportunities for respite and communities where their own health is treated as part of the care plan.
How do we plan for the future?
Families may need to consider care preferences, living arrangements, finances, legal documents and decision-making. Earlier conversations can help preserve the voice and wishes of the person living with dementia.
What can Wendlly help address?
Wendlly is a fashion brand, not a medical provider. We do not claim to diagnose, treat or cure Alzheimer’s disease. Our role is to use our clothing, business, community and creative platform to fund charitable work, strengthen awareness and help families find credible support.
Create ongoing financial support
By donating 49% of the revenue generated from every garment sold, Wendlly connects its daily business activity with continuing support for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Make the invisible more visible
We use clothing, campaigns, events and creative storytelling to bring Alzheimer’s and dementia-related experiences into public conversation with sensitivity and respect.
Connect families with reliable resources
We can guide community members toward qualified organizations, educational materials, support groups, care consultations and established assistance channels.
Help caregivers feel recognized
Through inclusive messaging and community activities, we can acknowledge the emotional and practical work caregivers perform every day.
Mobilize customers and employees
Every customer purchase becomes part of the charitable effort. We also invite employees and community members to learn, volunteer and participate in awareness initiatives.
Support sustainable charitable action
Rather than treating Alzheimer’s awareness as a temporary theme, we aim to maintain a long-term donation model, measurable commitments and transparent impact reporting.

Support must include the people who provide care
Alzheimer’s affects the person diagnosed, but its impact often extends throughout the family. Caregivers may be balancing employment, parenting, finances and their own health while taking on increasing responsibilities at home.
Stress can build quietly. A caregiver may feel guilty for needing rest, uncertain about asking relatives for help or overwhelmed by decisions that seem to have no perfect answer. Recognizing these pressures is not secondary to the cause—it is central to it.
Through our clothing sales, charitable donations and public platform, Wendlly seeks to reinforce a simple message: asking for help is not a failure. Education, peer connection, professional consultation and moments of respite can help families sustain care with greater confidence and compassion.

The work continues, one garment, one family and one memory at a time
Since 2022, our partnership has grown from uncertain first steps into a continuing promise. We have learned that progress is not defined only by how many people see a campaign or purchase a collection. It is defined by whether someone feels recognized, whether a caregiver finds a useful resource and whether a family discovers that it does not have to face Alzheimer’s alone.
Our 49% revenue commitment gives every Wendlly garment a purpose beyond fashion. As more garments are sold, more revenue can be directed toward the Alzheimer’s Association and its work for individuals, caregivers and families.
We are proud of the more than 30,000 families our initiatives have reached and supported, but we also understand that the need remains far greater. Our next chapter will focus on deeper education, stronger community participation, responsible impact measurement and continued charitable giving through every Wendlly sale.
We cannot restore every memory.
But every garment can help protect dignity, strengthen support and create more moments of hope.
You do not have to navigate this alone.
